The Health and Communtiy Services Sectors are a large employer of office, department, service and practice management roles, with over approximately 25 000 people nationally engaged as senior administrators and managers in these sectors. Job prospects are very good, with forecast 19% jobs growth over the next five years.
The Health Training Solutions initiative offers the Diploma of Practice Management (HLT52007) as a management level qualification in the career framework for participants who currently have, or who wish to move into management roles of staff and operations.

Participants completing the Diploma of Practice Management may receive four units advanced standing into the LaTrobe University Bachelor of Business.
