A range of course support programs may be available to you or your employees for your chosen course. Course support programs include: 


Australian Apprenticeships Program
The Certificate II, III and Certificate IV course programs for administration and senior administration roles are available in many Australian states and territories as an Australian Apprenticeships pathway for eligible employees, providing Commonwealth incentives to employers for employees to undertake the course programs.

To find out if you or your employees may be eligible for an Australian Apprenticeship, please complete an expression of interest form, and the Health Training Solutions initiative will organise for an Australian Apprenticeships Consultant to contact you.  

State Government Traineeship Programs
The Certificate II through to Diploma course programs for reception and administration roles are available in many Australian states and territories as a State Government traineeship pathway for eligible employees, providing state government funding for employees to undertake the course programs at a reduced fee. 

To find out if you or your employees may be eligible for State Government traineeship funding, please complete an expression of interest form.  

All course support programs are subject to individual participant/employee eligibility.
